Well, yes and no...

How could Mossad NOT be involved? Every other Intell global group around the world was involved! Do you think Mossad would miss an invite to that Big (Wedding) Party, when all it's buddies at ISI (Pakistan)  and CIA and FSB (KGB) and MI6/MI5 (Britain) and BIN (Indonesia) and other countries were going to show up?

The Larry Silverstein story typically revolves around "The Jews did 9-11".  I disagree.  No way "Jews" tricked CIA, any more than "Al-Qaeda" tricked US intelligence.  Thinking of "Jews" as a single homogeneous group is as arbitrary as saying White people, Arabs, Muslims, Truthers, or Men or Women embody a single homogeneous group.  It's useful for census, surveys, marketing, govt surveillance, etc.

Groups are mental and social constructs.  Groupings may be a valid viewpoint.  Neo-Cons and other ideological groups who have registered or documented membership and affiliations to particular lobby organizations, public relations corporate entities laughingly called "think tanks", and and tax-free foundations that fund them, can rightly be called "groups".  Describing ordinary people as if self-grouped by race/sex/religion/nationality is usually silly and misleading.

As big a player as Silverstein was in NY finance and politics, doubtless he kept was in the loop.  Richard Gage at AE911Truth.org pointed out that the towers needed to be demolished for structural reasons and age, but Silverstein bought them a few months earlier with an insurance clause protecting him from 'acts of terrorism'.  Supicious?  Yes.  But this was more than just a rogue "insurance-arson job". Seriously ... that's just stupid.  However, I can envision Hillary's DCI appointing Silverstein to CIA.

I have no doubt that Mossad was in on it -- who wasn't?  Mossad and Shin Bet were originally created by CIA, and both have a history of collaborating with CIA covert projects involving murder, in Latin America, etc.  Which country did NOT enact so-called anti-terror rules after 9-11, modeled on Washington?  Everyone knew.  Vladimir Putin sent urgent warnings to CIA.  A Taliban leader warned US officials about "plans".  Surely Mossad was in on it, but I have strong reasons to doubt that Mossad was "in charge" with US intelligence their unwitting victim.

Heck, Marvin Bush was part owner of the Pakistani security company with the WTC contract, Securacom, and even the CFR's "Foreign Affairs" says that Pakistan helped run Al-Qaeda (for us), while Jeb Bush was on PNAC.

CIA and Mossad have also helped ISI and Saudi support for terrorists, and helped train death squads in Latin America, in conjunction with the School of the Americas.  I mention some of these many instances of covert and clandestine US/Israel intelligence and dirty tricks and black ops participation, because it casts serious doubt on the idea of an Israel-run attack against the United States.  Clearly the Jewish Race is not a 9-11 culprit, regardless whoever wants to argue this ridiculous point, imagining that people of the Jewish bloodline have some kind of telepathic connection or Hebrew IM.

But how many other countries "warned" the US govt about the pending disaster?

Many countries warned the US of imminent terrorist attacks: Afghanistan, Argentina, Britain, Cayman Islands, Egypt, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Morocco, and Russia.  (Project Censored)  In the case of 9/11, at least 11 other countries warned the U.S. about the attacks.

Israeli AMDOCS company handles billing for every American phone call, and is known to have links to Israeli military intelligence.  As reported by Fox News, Amdocs was implicated in the leaking of police phone data that resulted in the collapse of on investigation into a massive drug and credit card fraud operation with Israeli connections.)

The notorious spy Jonathan Pollard, who was given a position in the US Navy by the equally notorious Michael Ledeen, was abandoned to his life sentence by the Israeli establishment, including Gen. Rafi Eitan who stated that if he had met Pollard at the embassy seeking asylum, Eitan would have shot Pollard in the head and the embarrassing "Pollard Affair" would never have occurred.

It's ridiculous to think that Israel --- that is to say Mossad --- was NOT somehow complicit in 9-11, because it was so clearly an Intelligence operation.
After the war James Jesus Angleton worked for the War Department's Strategic Services Unit. He became the chief counter-intelligence officer for Italy (did he help start the terrorism of Gladio?) but in 1947 he returned home to join the Central Intelligence Agency. In 1951 he was sent to Israel where he helped establish Mossad, the Israeli intelligence service.  (Tail?  Dog?)

Despite the fact that Israel "officially" warned us about the pending attack --- along with dozens of other countries and even Gen Masood of the Northern Alliance and even one of the Taliban warned us (Taliban guy was imprisoned at Guantanimo for his good deed), since undoubtably CIA or some related 'black ops' function was involved, it's just common sense to say that Mossad was involved too. 

And note: CIA only works freelance with murder, narco-dealing, and stuffing their pockets, like with Operation Phoenix and the Nugan-Hand bank.  But CIA works for Wall Street and wealthy elites.  An operation of this caliber with global repercussions and the implemention of an interlocking global "security state" is too big to have been cooked up by "the CIA" for their own purposes.

At the top levels of the Bush admin, PNAC, Defense Dept, and key Pentagon and top security positions are filled by Israeli "consultants". Some have been accused or even convicted of spying on the US --- for whatever remaining info that America tries to keep to itself.

Just how far does Israeli malevolence go?

One of the great unsolved mysteries of the period leading up to 9/11 is the extent of an Israeli spy operation in the US uncovered by Carl Cameron of Fox News and widely reported, including in this space. As we all know, everybody spies on everybody, "friends" and foes alike. But this operation is believed to have been so extensive, and wide-ranging, that the real question in regard to Israeli foreknowledge of 9/11 is, as one US federal agent put it to Cameron, "How could they not have known?"  (As well, how could CIA not have known?)  Now, however, more evidence of the Israeli connection is emerging….

Both Israeli and US government officials scoffed at these charges as an "urban myth." Their denials, however, were somewhat undermined by the leaking of the US government's own report on "suspicious activities" by Israelis around US government offices and military installations. The report, culled from information supplied by numerous federal agencies, documents what is obviously a large-scale intelligence operation directed against US government facilities. Now more documentary evidence of the Israeli connection to 9/11 comes with the emergence of the US government's own list of terrorist suspects, two versions of which Cryptome.com has obtained and posted, with the following information as to their provenance:

"A Finnish list of FBI terrorist suspects, dated 3 October 2001, first published about six months ago, may be compared to a similar list published on an Italian site, dated 22 May 2002. The two lists have many of the same names but a fair number of names are unique to each, and the Finnish list provides a 'function' and ID for each suspect."

There are also other differences. The Italian site indicates that this is an official government circular originating with the American authorities and distributed to various Italian financial institutions in an effort to trace the terrorist trail. As far as I can see, all the names on the Finnish list are Arabic. The Italian version, however, has a number of American names as well, one Frenchman, and – lo and behold! – there is our old friend Dominik Suter, listed right between Eyad Suleiman, a native of Kuwait, and Sheikh Amed Salim Swedan, a Kenyan.

Suter, you'll remember, is the fellow behind the mysterious Urban Moving Systems, whose employees were arrested after neighbors reported them laughing and cheering as they watched the World Trade Center burn. These five "Middle Eastern-looking men," as described by witnesses, were Israelis: they were found with box cutters in their van, $4,000 in cash, and multiple passports. Police interrogated them for hours, and transferred them to a maximum security facility, where they were held for months.

Their van was registered as the property of Urban Moving Systems: A raid on the Urban Moving Systems warehouse yielded computers, documents, and other evidence – of what, we don't know. Suter, the owner of the company, refused all comment, and soon fled the country – to Israel.

The inclusion of Suter, an Israeli, and the front man for what even the Forward acknowledges  (dead link,try this) was a Mossad operation, on an official list of terrorist suspects should silence, for good, those who dismiss the Israeli connection to 9/11 as a "myth," urban or otherwise. As a great patriot once said:

"I have in my hands a list…."

On that list, along with Mohammed Atta, and Zacarias Moussaoui, is not only Suter, but also five other Americans – or, at least, non-Arabs with US addresses. What's up with that?

Only God, and the higher echelons of the US government, know for sure. What we do know is this: it is no longer possible to deny that the US government believes Israel had some connection to the events leading up to 9/11. The documentary evidence, along with the reported testimony of patriots within law enforcement, is accumulating to the point where it can no longer be ignored.

Just how far does Israeli malevolence go? I'm afraid we're about to find out…

It was, in part, through the good offices of General Gul Hamid that the "terror" apparatus of Osama bin Laden and of Gulbedin Hekmetyar was created by the CIA for deployment in Afghanistan and in the Central Asian Republics of the Soviet Union, and funded with $6 billion by the CIA.

It was via the ISI and General Gul Hamid that the Taliban were organized, funded and placed in power in Afghanistan.

The Sunday Telegraph in London reported that Israeli intelligence officials had discussed planned attacks on U.S. targets in New York and Washington in August. It specified two Mossad experts who held meetings on these plans with the CIA and the FBI.

In his interview with Arnaud de Borchegrave of UPI, General Gul Hamid stated,

"It is clear. There was a plot by United States Air Force officers. The twin towers were first attacked at 8:45 a.m. and four flights were diverted from their assigned airspace; yet Air Force jets did not scramble - standard procedure until 10:00 a.m.

"I know these operations. This was the Mossad with its U.S. accomplices. The United States spends $40 billion on intelligence control and monitoring. I know this well. $400 billion in ten years. Little escapes them. Yet this administration claims it was taken by surprise.

"Don’t believe it. Within ten minutes of the second twin tower being hit, CNN announced that Osama bin Laden had done it. I am in intelligence. This was a typical piece of planned disinformation by the real perpetrators. It creates an instant mind-set. It puts public opinion in a trance that prevents even intelligent people from thinking for themselves."

"What about Bin Laden?" insists de Borchegrave.

"From a cave inside a mountain, from a peasant’s hovel?" replies Gul Hamid. "Be serious. He does not have the capacity for so sophisticated an operation. … Four flights are diverted from their assigned airspace, but there was not one air controller sounding the instant alarm. In Pakistan, if there is no response to I.F.F. (Friend or Foe Identification) jets are instantly scrambled and the aircraft is shot down with no further questions asked.
On the day of the 9-11 attacks, former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was asked what the attack would mean for US-Israeli relations. His quick reply was: "It's very good…….Well, it's not good, but it will generate immediate sympathy (for Israel)"

It is complete stupidity to suggest that Mossad "tricked" us.  Using the words "Mossad" and "CIA" in a single sentence causes a mysterious echo.  (For that matter, it seems to be that saying "AIPAC Israeli lobby" and "Congress" in the same sentence is an echo.)

With clear examples on my main page of FBI complicity in 9-11 --- countered by examples of FBI agents complaining about being hogtied in investigation --- how do we resolve that?  Is FBI good guys or bad guys here?
Some FBI escorted the terrorists through Florida, provided them housing via informants, etc. 

Mike Ruppert explained that CIA has infiltrated nearly every Federal Agency, especially FBI, but even Ag, EPA, Education, etc, as well as major pivot points in media (Operation Mockingbird).  Even within CIA itself, there are patriots vs. traitors ... or there were.  With the recent Porter Goss "purge" of CIA in 2005, over the "bad intelligence" that Cheney and Rummy ordered up on Iraq, I'm quite sure Goss purged most of the honest patriots who rebelled at writing fake documents, so as to winnow it down to pure traitors. 

FBI very often spies on or even attacks and/or kidnaps patriotic Americans exercising their First Amendment rights.  Other times, FBI does it's police job of protecting Americans from crime.  Same for local and state cops.

But the most remarkable warnings of all come from Israel. The issue of Israeli foreknowledge of 9/11 is highly controversial.
The story is too complicated to go into detail here, but a number of respected publications (for instance, Fox News, 12/12/01,Forward, 3/15/02, ABC News, 6/21/02 [missing], Salon, 5/7/02 [missing], Ha'aretz, 5/14/02, Le Monde, 3/5/02 [missing], Reuters, 3/5/02, AP, 3/5/02, AP, 3/9/02, Cox News, 3/5/02, Guardian, 3/6/02, Independent, 3/6/02, New York Post, 3/6/02, Jane's Intelligence Digest, 3/15/02 [missing]) have written about an Israeli "art student" spy ring operating in the US for several years before 9/11. The name "art student" is used because most of these scores of spies were posing as college art students. There have been suggestions that some of these Israeli spies lived close to some of the 9/11 hijackers.

For instance, a US Drug Enforcement Administration report from before 9/11 noted that Israeli spies were living in the retirement community of Hollywood, Florida at 4220 Sheridan Street, which turned out to be only a few hundred feet from lead hijacker Mohamed Atta's residence at 3389 Sheridan Street (see the DEA report, 6/01). Israeli spies appear to have been close to at least ten of the nineteen 9/11 hijackers. In fact, Forward, the most widely circulated publication in the US targeting the Jewish audience, has admitted the spy ring existed, and that its purpose was to track Muslim terrorists operating in the US. [Forward, 3/15/02]

Some have claimed that the existence of this spy ring shows that Israel was behind the 9/11 attacks, an argument that is beyond the scope of this essay. But if the mainstream media is to be believed, Israel gave the US several specific warnings of the 9/11 attacks. In the second week of August 2001, two high-ranking agents from the Mossad, the Israeli intelligence agency, came to Washington and warned the CIA and FBI that 50 to 200 al-Qaeda terrorists had slipped into the US and were planning an imminent "major assault on the US" aimed at a "large scale target" [Telegraph, 9/16/01, Los Angeles Times, 9/20/01, Ottawa Citizen, 9/17/01 Fox News, 5/17/02]. Near the end of August, France also gave a warning that was an "echo" of Israel's. [Fox News, 5/17/02]

In October 2002, the story broke in Europe and Israel that on August 23, 2001, the Mossad had given the CIA a list of 19 terrorists living in the US. The Mossad had said that the terrorists appeared to be planning to carry out an attack in the near future. It is unknown if these are the same 19 names as the actual hijackers, or if the number is a coincidence. However, the four names on the list that are known are names of the 9/11 hijackers: Nawaf Alhazmi, Khalid Almihdhar, Marwan Alshehhi, and Mohamed Atta. [Die Zeit, 10/1/02, Der Spiegel, 10/1/02, BBC, 10/2/02, Ha'aretz, 10/3/02] These are also probably the four most important of the hijackers (and two of the pilots). From them, there were many connections to the others. The CIA had already been monitoring three of them overseas the year before, and two, Alhazmi and Almihdhar, were put on a watch list the same day the Mossad gave this warning. Such detailed warnings of exact names fit in well with the reports that Israeli spies were tracking the hijackers for months before 9/11. Yet, as Jane's Intelligence Digest put it, "It is rather strange that the US media seems to be ignoring what may well be the most explosive story since the 11 September attacks..." [Jane's Intelligence Digest, 3/13/02] The spy ring story did get a little coverage in the US, but more recent stories claiming that Israel knew the exact names of at least some of the hijackers hasn't been reported here at all. Perhaps the story is too controversial for the US media to touch?
